hey darlings, so sorry for the late post. been pretty busy lately. i am now almost finished recording my 1st album :) YAAAAY! after all the shits ive been through, i can finally say that 'album saya akan release di akhir tahun 2010' :) 

yeah, so anyway enough with the 'curcol' part.

im proudly present beberapa brand fashion yang mencuri mata dan hati saya selama seminggu penuh.

Dina and Bitha, this is for you :)

DIna Vahada, salah satu kawan baik saya sewaktu masih di esmod. Suatu sore dikafetaria, kami sedang sama" menunggu dijemput. 

the convo goes like this : 

moi : din, nanti kalo kita udah lulus..lo mau langsung buka butik apa gimana?
dina : enggaklah, kerja" dulu sama designer..siapa gitu.
moi : abis itu? masa gamau punya line sendiri?
dina : mau bangetlah..namanya nanti 'VAHADA by Dina Vahada'

dan beberapa tahun setelahnya dina sempat kerja di majalah, terima pesanan anak" sma yang kebelet dipermak buat prom night hihihi, juga kerja dengan beberapa desainer ternama...akhirnya dina memberanikan diri untuk merajut cita"nya(saaahdaaap bahasanya din!).

Out of her childhood memories, Dina Vahada, the creative designer of Vahada made Dinosaurs as the main theme of her newest collection. As seen on her previous works, conceptual is Vahada’s distinct characteristic, and this collection is no exception. If others might think of avant garde when working on a conceptual design, Vahada does it differently. She intrepreted the image of these prehistoric creatures into varieties of ready to wear items in earth tone and feminine pastel colors, making them the perfect staple for your summer wardrobe.

Using fabric like jersey, polyester, cotton and Vahada’s signature taffeta, she succeeded in creating clothes that are quirky yet still wearable and chic. Well-thought details like triangle appliqué, patchwork and origami cutting were carefully applied throughout the design to convey the dinosaurs’ shape and skin texture without making it look costume-y. Vahada also collaborated with another talented young designer, Muqliza Imroni of Sou Brette, who gave an edgy touch to Vahada’s subtle approach by designing the visual and prints. A collection that would surely make Bedrock’s female inhabitants green with envy!

now lets talk about STAB.
STAB(stare a bit), a ready-to-wear label originally from Surabaya, Indonesia designed by Dewi Asthari and Bitha Suryohadiprojo.
Stare a bit is a philosophy both Dewi and Bitha believe. Based on that thought, STAB invent something from what they stare and lead them into each of their collection. It could be small, tiny or ironically big, huge things. Positive and negative energy inspires their imaginations to create a piece that is ready-to-wear. They presume that Indonesia is a country with thousands of inspiration. From a mess transportation, complicated governmental issues, unhealthy environment, and all of the exotic inhabitant, STAB is born within spontaneity, rollercoasters, and a heart for their customer. The focus of their design is tailoring with traditional finishing. In conclusion, they believe that any size of details have bigger value than people could imagine.

hey ya'll...its been awhile yaaa...kelamaan ngga nulis nih :P

hope all is well with you!

yesss..ive been busy lately menyelesaikan dan merampungkan album. Puji Tuhan..Alhamdulillah, saya sudah mendapatkan label. labelnya apa? hehehe nanti saja ya beberapa saat sebelum album release akan saya berikan detailnya disini.

beberapa bulan terakhir saya banyak sekali mendapatkan pelajaran. tentunya bukan saja didunia musik, tapi juga menyadari norma" hidup yang tanpa saya sadari mulai meluntur seiring dengan kemajuan jaman. semua pelajaran itu kembali menyadarkan saya untuk terus berserah kepada Tuhan, semakin rendah hati, serta tidak pernah berhenti belajar.

saat ini saya masih dalam proses rekaman, masih ada 4 lagu baru yang harus diselesaikan dan direkam tentunya.

mudah"an bisa segera selesai, karena sudah sekian lama album pertama saya ini tertunda, semoga kalian tidak keburu bosan menunggu-nya hihihi mohon maaf ya bagi yang menunggu, karena kemarin sempat ada beberapa kesalahan teknis dan perubahan konsep.

mengenai jadwal release-nya kapan, saya masi belum bisa menyebutkan bulan apa, mungkin pertengahan tahun. but..1 thing for sure, albumnya akan meluncur di tahun 2010 ini :) jadi...sekali lagi saya mohon doa-nya ya agar smuanya berjalan dengan lancar dan dapat terselesaikan dengan baik.

minggu lalu, saya juga berkesempatan memutuskan untuk bekerja sama dengan 2 musisi yang saat ini sedang laris manis kebanjiran job untuk menciptakan lagu. Mario Kacang dan Bemby Noor. semoga mereka suka dan cocok dengan suara saya, serta hasilnya mutual seperti songwriter yang sebelum"nya, amin amin amin.

aighttt then...i gotta jet, im gonna see my friend perform his new song.

secret relationship

have you ever been in secret relationship?

at first secret relationships can feel so mysterious, full of excitement and adventure.
you arrange dates outside your normal hang-outs, different restaurants or places, and yeah you can actually plug a fake name into your cellphone so no one really knows whos calling hehehehe :p

secret relationships are happening everywhere, all of the time. but they don't always work. the reality is that a relationship that is kept secret can cause a lot of stress and grief for the couple involved. usually a secret relationship doesn't last long(depends..). why? because youll slip and talk about the 'secret' in passing conversation, which is against the whole purpose of the relationship..riiight?!

another reason these relationships dont pan out is the stress of not only you keeping the secret, but the tension of making sure your partner keeps the secret as well (-_-')

this worry only gets bigger if the two of you are spotted together.

and thaaaaaats the problem with relationships that are 'undercover' so to speak'..

you don't have the luxury of going where you feel, but instead you feel a bit like a celebrity guarding him or herself from paparazzi.

of course there are exceptions to the rule. if you are keeping a secret but people know you as friends, then you can be seen together, just no PDA(Public Displays of Affection)!

 so, you want to have a secret relationship with someone? read on!

ps: dont use this to cheat on someone else..this post is for maintaining a legitimate relationship in secret.

1) always have a code name for the person that you can use (tapi jangan yang kelewat aneh seperti misalnya tukiyem atau dalminto. please deh (-_-) )

2)when they call you, go into a room in private!

3)if youre instant messaging them and a your friend or family or whoever it is catches you, just say that youre on your friends screen name :p (thanks to kemajuan teknologi bertitle BBM aka blackberry messenger)

4)try to deal with whatever it is thats making the relationship a forced secret, and try to bring it into the open..ONLY IF you can.

5)make sure the other person is on the same page of secrecy as you. otherwise your secret plans may be betrayed by your partners ignorance.

6)delete this link from your computers history!! If someone finds that you have been looking at this article, they might suspect you! BAHAHAHA nahlo nahlo...

now...heres the TIPS :

when you have a secret relationship make sure that it is AT LEAST with a good person, not even necessarily good looking in any particular way, but unique, and nice, too. theres no reason for hiding if the person (and relationship) is just like all the others.

these kinds of relationships will be more effective, and secret, with a truly trustworthy, caring, understanding, and honest person, and not just someone who say, and talks a lot, about how they are (-_-) doooh.

purchase a new phone so your friends, parents or whoever it is dont see you having any contact with them. find a cheap phone..doesnt have to be fancy, its secret, remember? :p

if you see the person in public, act as if you dont know them. seriously...dont risk it by having contact ;)

don't tell anyone. as long as one person knows, ITS ANOTHER MOUTH THAT COULD BLAB. It doesn't matter how trustworthy they are, they may not tell anyone, but they could give it away other ways..like, unintentional hints, body language, looks, ect.

now heres the WARNING :

DO NOT use a secret relationship to cheat, or let your partner cheat..It could break someones heart. (i mean it! PUH-LEAAASE...dunia sudah semakin aneh, jangan ditambah dengan menurunkan derajat manusia menjadi lebih nista)
